YIMOSEN built its capability one product family at a time: starting from single stations for vacuum blood collection tubes, filling out the process steps to reach a deliverable complete line, and then reusing the assembly, bonding and inspection know-how on respiratory consumable equipment.
YIMOSEN was established as the medical equipment brand of HG Tech Co., Ltd and entered the medical consumable equipment field.
The automatic labeling, CCD detection and tube loading machine, tube loading and cleaning machine, cleaning and liquid filling machine, coagulant and drying machine, capping vacuum tray loading machine, non-centrifugal gel filling machine, cap and stopper assembling machines, glass tube cleaning machine, tube oven and heat shrink packaging machine were released in sequence.
The individual stations were linked in process order into combined coagulant and anticoagulant lines, anticoagulation lines and coagulation lines running at 16,000-20,000 tubes per hour with two operators, together with series A to K consumables.
Seventeen machines for nasal cannula, extension tube, urinary catheter, suction tube, oxygen mask, atomizing cup, blood collection needle and infusion set were added, covering assembly, inspection and packaging.
