YIMOSEN is the medical equipment brand of HG Tech Co., Ltd, established in 2015 and focused on the development, manufacturing and service of medical consumable automation equipment.
The business covers two areas. The first is vacuum blood collection tube production lines and turnkey blood tube projects: from plain tube loading through labeling, tube loading and cleaning, coagulant and anticoagulant spraying, sodium citrate filling, drying, capping, vacuum plugging and foam tray loading, delivered as one scope. The second is automated equipment for respiratory and tube-type medical consumables, covering assembly, bonding, leak testing and packaging for nasal cannula, extension tube, urinary catheter, suction tube, oxygen mask, atomizing cup, blood collection needle and infusion set.
The product range currently covers 33 machines and complete lines. Every one can run stand-alone or be linked in process order, and full technical parameters are published so capacities can be compared directly.
Delivery scope
- Process assessment: feasibility, cycle time and quality risks reviewed against your drawings or sample.
- Machine manufacturing: in-house design and build of machines and complete lines, with imported metering pumps, servo proportional valves and sensors at key stations.
- Complete line delivery: process design, facility layout advice, in-house assembly and debugging, FAT acceptance, on-site installation and training.
- Consumables: series A to K blood collection tube consumables matched to the machines.
- Validation and after-sales: IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, spare parts, remote diagnosis and scheduled inspections.
- Export support: bilingual technical documentation, with CE or export documentation packages on request.

- Combined coagulant and anticoagulant line: 16,000-20,000 tubes per hour with two operators.
- Coagulant spraying 10-35µL and anticoagulant spraying 5-45µL at ±5% accuracy (20µL basis).
- Sodium citrate filling 60-600µL at ±5µL accuracy; labeling accuracy ±0.5mm.
- Vacuum range -99.9kPa to 0; noise ≤75dB.
