- Fully automatic feeding of infusion set parts: drip chamber, conduit, regulating shell, regulating wheel, latex tube, connector and needle.
- Glue dispensing, assembly, inspection, rejection and discharge are completed in a continuous flow.
- The machine is equipped with a fully automatic online testing system that uses air pressure to check whether the assembled product is qualified.
- Defective products are rejected automatically, reducing manual sorting.
- Vibratory bowl feeding gives stable operation.
