A complete line for anticoagulant blood collection tubes such as EDTA, heparin and sodium citrate. Anticoagulant spraying 5 heads, 5-45µL (American FMI metering pump, ±5%); sodium citrate filling 5 heads, 60-600µL (±5µL). 16,000-20,000 tubes per hour with two operators.
Features and functions
- Anticoagulant spraying: American FMI adjustable metering pump, 5 heads, 5-45µL, ±5% (20µL basis); closed-loop control gives signal feedback on every pump stroke.
- Ultra-fine atomizing nozzles spread the reagent evenly over the inner wall to avoid local build-up; automatic nozzle cleaning reduces dosing drift caused by crystallised needles.
- Sodium citrate filling: large-capacity syringe pump, 5 heads, 60-600µL, accuracy ±5µL, dosage set on the touch screen; low-level alarm included.
- Automatic tube loading: vacuum tube picking damages neither tube body nor label; independent silo; missing-tube and inverted-tube detection keep every fixture in the correct state.
- Automatic capping and vacuum plugging: mechanical pick-up plus vacuum adsorption prevents cap drop-off, 100% non-falling caps, dual-channel vibratory bowl; uniform-pressure vacuum chamber with servo proportional valve control and the vacuum value set on the touch screen.
- Tube range: 13mm×75mm and 13mm×100mm universal, PET and glass tubes, with quick changeover.
