Product overview
A complete line for serum clot activator tubes and clot activator + separating gel tubes. Coagulant spraying 5 heads, 10-35µL (±5%), 4 drying stations with PTC ceramic heaters. 16,000-20,000 tubes per hour with two operators.
Features and functions
- Coagulant spraying: ceramic metering pump with ultra-fine atomizing nozzles, 5 heads, 10-35µL, ±5% (20µL basis, weighed as water), spreading reagent evenly over the inner wall.
- Mechanical stirring avoids the rotor deviation risk of magnetic stirring.
- Drying: 4 stations with PTC ceramic heaters, pollution-free and durable; constant-temperature heating with protection; air is filtered directly so dust cannot enter the tubes.
- Station interlock: the coagulant and drying stations are interlocked so reagent cannot run to the bottom of the tube during a long stop and dry unevenly.
- Motor driven: more stable than pneumatic actuation, and position parameters can be recalled directly (for example plain clot activator tubes versus separating gel tubes), making changeover faster.
- Automatic nozzle cleaning and low-level alarms reduce downtime and rejects.
