Product overview
One line that runs both coagulant and anticoagulant tubes: labeling, tube loading and cleaning, coagulant and anticoagulant spraying, sodium citrate filling, drying, capping, vacuum plugging and tray loading. 16,000-20,000 tubes per hour with two operators; spraying and filling accuracy ±5%.
Features and functions
- Automatic labeling: compatible with Φ13×75mm and Φ13×100mm tubes, labeling accuracy ±0.5mm, labeling speed ≥22,000 tubes/hour; American LION sensor handles both conventional and transparent labels with high stability.
- Labeling CCD inspection: detects and rejects tubes with missing labels; the labeling machine links to the line fully automatically with no manual transfer.
- Automatic tube loading: vacuum tube picking means no squeezing or friction between tubes, so neither tube body nor label is damaged; independent silo; motor driven for smoother running; missing-tube and inverted-tube detection.
- Ion air cleaning: removes dust and glass particles held on the tube wall by static electricity.
- Coagulant spraying: ceramic metering pump with ultra-fine atomizing nozzles sprays reagent evenly onto the inner wall; 5 heads, 10-35µL, ±5% (20µL basis, weighed as water); automatic nozzle cleaning and low-level alarm; mechanical stirring avoids the rotor deviation risk of magnetic stirring.
- Anticoagulant spraying: American FMI adjustable metering pump, 5 heads, 5-45µL, ±5% (20µL basis); closed-loop control with signal feedback on every pump stroke.
- Sodium citrate filling: large-capacity syringe pump covers 60-600µL, 5 heads, accuracy ±5µL, dosage set on the touch screen; suitable for soluble reagents such as sodium citrate and sodium fluoride.
- Drying: 4 drying stations with PTC ceramic heaters, pollution-free and durable; constant-temperature heating with heating protection; air is filtered directly so dust cannot be blown into the tubes; the coagulant and drying stations are interlocked so reagent cannot run to the bottom of the tube during a long stop and dry unevenly.
- Automatic capping: mechanical pick-up plus vacuum adsorption prevents cap drop-off; the cap belt gives 100% non-falling caps; upgraded dual-channel vibratory bowl feeds faster with fewer jams; automatic detection of missing or reversed stopper caps; defective parts discharged automatically.
- Vacuum plugging: uniform-pressure vacuum chamber technology with a Japanese CKD servo proportional valve; the vacuum value is set directly on the touch screen; the CNC vacuum control system samples the chamber, compares it with the set point and balances the vacuum until the stopper is seated.
- Foam tray loading: high-precision variable-pitch technology loads tubes accurately into the tray; four-side tray location and guidance avoids damage to the foam tray; compatible with rectangular or staggered trays (145×175mm).
