Dedicated automatic labeling machine for blood collection tubes. Output ≥20,000 tubes/hour, labeling accuracy ±0.5mm and an American LION sensor for both conventional and transparent labels. Runs stand-alone or linked to a line.
Features and functions
- Body made of 304 stainless steel and advanced alloy materials: stable structure and easy to clean.
- Universal for 13×75mm / 13×100mm glass and PET tubes, covering a wide tube range.
- American LION sensor recognises conventional and transparent labels reliably; transparent labels need no back printing.
- Missing labels and missing easy-tear codes are detected and defective tubes are rejected automatically.
- Can be linked with the labeling inspection & tube loading machine or a full production line.
