One machine for automatic capping, vacuum plugging and tray loading. Output 16,000-20,000 tubes/hour. Cap pick-up is drop-proof and the cap belt gives 100% non-falling caps; uniform-pressure vacuum chamber control with a servo proportional valve; compatible with 145×175mm staggered trays.
Features and functions
- Cap pick-up with anti-drop technology: mechanical pick-up plus vacuum adsorption for reliable cap handling.
- Motor driven, making the equipment more stable.
- Anti-falling cap technology: the cap belt does not cause caps to overturn, giving 100% non-falling caps.
- The vibratory bowl is upgraded to a dual-channel bowl: faster and less prone to jamming.
- Automatic detection of missing stopper caps, reversed composite stopper caps and caps that the suction head cannot pick.
- Automatic discharge of defective parts reduces manual intervention.
- Uniform-pressure vacuum chamber technology with servo proportional high-precision control; the vacuum value is set directly on the touch screen with high reliability and ultra-low leakage.
- Higher plugging force with a pressure regulating device, so different tubes and caps can be matched.
- Mould-base entry and exit from the vacuum chamber is motor driven: smoother, faster, collision-free and without cap overturning.
- Vacuum range -99kPa to 0.
- High-precision variable-pitch technology loads tubes accurately into the tray; upgraded motor drive makes the equipment more stable.
- Four-side tray location and guidance avoids damage to the foam tray; compatible with 145×175mm staggered trays.
