Product overview
Loads plain tubes into fixtures and cleans them with ion air. Output 16,000-20,000 tubes/hour. Vacuum tube picking damages neither tube body nor label, with missing-tube and inverted-tube detection, and ion air removes dust and glass particles held by static.

- Independent silo design gives stable feeding and easy changeover.
- Vacuum tube picking: no squeezing or friction between tubes, so neither the tube body nor the label is damaged.
- Missing-tube detection: guarantees no empty fixture positions that would affect downstream assembly or contaminate reagents.
- Inverted-tube detection: ensures every tube in the fixtures faces upwards.
- Ion air cleaning: removes dust and glass particles held on the tubes by static electricity.
